J. Strauss was born out of a personal need for a durable, sturdy, and spacious bag—one that could effortlessly hold my work gadgets, a water tumbler, and toiletries for my kids.

In the past year, almost six of my bags snapped or were torned off. That is why I’m really in the search for the perfect bag that would fit my needs.

During this search, I discovered a bag maker who uses high quality vegan leather to craft elegant, yet sturdy bags at an affordable price and that discovery sparked an idea for me to share it with others too.
